Phone arrived dirty on the outside, but it cleaned up easily enough. Just lint/dirt from previous owner. I got what I paid for (and I knew buying cheap I wasn't going to get anything exceptional).

Phone shipped reasonably fast and I was impressed with the compact, but effective packaging used to ship it.
Tested all the functions of device and it works just fine all around.
