The phone was in the condition that was described by the seller. There was a small issue but the replacement was easy to navigate. This is a top rated seller in my opinion.

Fast Shipping. Item had a few more scratches on back and side covers than stated or anticipated. But other than that, phone works wonderfully!

We have had this device for less than a month and it no longer charges even on multiple chargers at two different homes

If I were to only be reviewing the quality of the phone, I would list this review as 5/5 (it arrived in MINT condition), however there are a few things I take issue with, making me rate this as 3.5/5 :

Shipping: I would have at least liked the device shipped in a box with better handling as opposed to a 3 layers of bubbled parcels, even if shipping is free.

Software: Upon turning on the device, the phone was not in a state of first time setup. I flashed a new OS so it didn't really matter for my case, but beware.

SN: Serial number did not match up with the device. I don't really care for this since everything else important to me was in order.

The phone really works great it's in really great shape a really great sale
