Seller in the end sent me the phone that I requested in my first contact with them. To sum it up, I was given a phone with an unlockable Bootloader. Seller didn't contact me for what seemed like a long time to me. I asked Swappa to step in and, next thing I know is seller now contacts me. The phone exchange went smoothly and, I now have the correct phone sent to me.

Bought a phone in "fair" condition and I received a phone that was not from the pictures in rather fair condition.

The seller worked with me through some technical issues (read: dust) that had caused the phone's mic to not pick up. They were wonderful and patient throughout the entire experience, even after sending the phone back and forth. Absolutely recommended.
