Phone not rooted as stated on the post

I received the phone, it has a few scratches on the edges and backside which I don't mind. however, the camera won't switch to long shot mode, it hangs when I try to do that. I have tried restarting, resetting force stopping and still nothing. One of the main reasons I bought the phone is because the LG V50 process is a very good camera and it is a disappointment that the wide shot makes the camera app to crash.
