Forgot to mark this as complete was very good phone still working well

Ordered phone with wrong carrier by accident. I was positive I filtered T-Mobile. Regardless of the postings’ rules I wish the vendor would have offered a swap even with a penalty like a restocking fee. Won’t use vendor again due to the lack of not making it right with customer.
