This seller put me through a weeks long hassle to not refund me for sending a defective phone. First, the images they use are inaccurate- make sure to reach out to see what the phone you will get will look like, mine came with cracked screens despite the image saying otherwise. Second, it came locked and they were unwilling to offer any guidance on how to fix it, I spent so many hours out of work going from phone carrier to phone carrier. If yours comes locked, there is a kit online to manually unlock it if you are happy with your phone, if you are unhappy - let paypal know and get refunded that way because Swappa is unhelpful. Refurbished phones are cheaper and better quality on amazon and backmarket, don't waste your time with this seller.

Only issue was logging into Apps. It kept trying to log in with the previous owners info even when we tried to log in with our logins.

Buyer beware. Don't buy unless you get pictures of the actual phone. The phone you receive may not be the same phone in the picture. The description of the phone I purchased stated, "GOOD CONDITION, SHOWS NORMAL SIGNS OF USAGE, SEE PICTURES". However, another lines says photos may not be of actual phone. So the seller already has conflicting information. I would not have purchased this phone had I known the phone had more damage than the phone in the pictures. So, buyer beware.

Excellent product. I loved the phone

Overall physical condition of the phone was excellent as described. There was screen burn in not visible in the listing pictures or in the description given, which is especially noticeable with light/white colors on the screen. I think they weren't intentionally misadvertising that fact, and was likely missed during the inspection prior to listing. The phone was in otherwise great condition no major scratching, minimal wear and tear, and overall functional.
