I am surprised that when an item over $500 is purchased that shipping isn't done in a faster manner. From order date, I didn't receive the product for one week. I would have expected that the seller would use UPS, not USPS for such expensive items.

I got the phone as described. I would say the phone is in good condition rather than fair which makes me really happy.
