It arrived and I am pleased with the condition

They refunded the defective product. However, the item was not as described in the listing which is a problem. A "Good" item didn't have working speakers and the screen by the fingerprint sensor didn't have touch recognition which made typing nearly impossible. Great customer service, not-so-great QC.

Very disappointed with this seller, and definitely wasted a lot of my time. They sent a 'mint' phone and the camera didn't work; that should be something they check before sending. They also wouldn't send me a return mailing label for convenient return so I had to spend a lot of time at the post office for a product that should have been sent out to me in the first place. Will definitely not purchase from this seller again.
