Never received the phone. USPS investigation confirmed I never received the item and said insurance claim would be approved if the seller files a claim. The seller refused to file a claim. I had to go through a Paypal dispute to get my money back. Do not do business with this seller. If there are any issues, the seller will not do anything to help.

Excellent seller. Phone received sooner than expected and is (in my opinion) at the high end of its rating. I'd call it "very good." I'll look for them first next time.
