Purchased a Pixel 6 charger brick knowing only a cable comes with the phone. Cable that comes with the phone is useless as its the wrong cable. Would have been nice to have the correct usable cable so I could fully charge once arrived. Probably better for the sellers not to include one at all if its not a correct usable cable. Seller responded by saying I was welcome to go ahead and purchase a new cable that work or an adapter??? As if I was looking for permission to spend money on something that should have been usable in the first place. When you sell 1000's of items I guess the customer service degrades. I will likely go with a personal seller over a business next time due to the response specifically. Seller is only half at fault as far as I can tell but answer was super poor.

This phone seems to have a defective battery. It takes many hours to reach a full charge and is nearly dead within an hour. Lives on the charger. Regret buying it :(

I didn't know what a 'rooted' phone meant. It arrived without the standard Operating System. I was unable to use it. Seller was unwilling to take it back. Beware of the term 'rooted'.

The volume up button only works intermittently which is pretty disappointing, especially for this grade.
