I got the phone and it was exactly like you listed and started up fine. I bought it for a business application to project to a large screen and just found it I must use an iPad and not a phone. Can I make a deal with you to return the phone and buy an iPad from you?

I bought a S20+5G phone it started making crackeling noises. This would be the 2nd phone that has done this (same model). I thought the first one was a fluke. Apparently not, I get that it's been over 30 days (just about 90 days) but it's clearly something that I have no control over. You should at least offer an exchange.
