Phone was in immaculate condition on arrival! Had some issue activating it on my account that turned out to be on Verizon's part. They were basically claiming the phone was lost/stolen even though it was my sim card for some reason. Anyway, through the whole 5 day ordeal, Sellworld and Swappa were completely responsive and kind in dealing with my issue and I'm happy to say the phone is working great.
