The phone worked for about 3 hours, then it did not. The Verizon worker told me that I was sold a "lemon" with hardware issues. Luckily, Verizon can make it right and give me a phone that works.

Phone itself is in great condition, screen burn-in is a little more noticeable than I would have expected, but still a very reasonable price for a phone listed as "Fair" condition. Shipping was lightning fast! Would absolutely buy from again and highly recommend. Thanks!
