The seller listed the phone is good condition and included in the description the phone was in "excellent condition". I received my phone and the headphone jack played music through it but it was distorted and essentially useless. For my first experience with Swappa, I can say it will be my last. Though the seller has been very nice throughout this process of getting a refund, I should never have been put in the process of seeking a refund in the first place.

Unfortunately the phone had an issue when receiving calls, however, the seller accepted a return and issued a full refund including return shipping.

Device was received. It was immaculate and exactly as I saw it in the picture. Not a fan of USPS shipping but the device was shipped/received promptly. Excellent experience. Definitely gonna buy again.
