Phone arrived non functional. Seller expected me to transport item back to shipper at my own cost despite their mistake. Edit: to be clear the seller refunded me return shipping but did not compensate me for transport to shipper. Swappa has asked that I omit this. I am awaiting what their prefered review is and will add as it is provided to me.

Edit 2: Seller has provided reimbursment for cost of transport to shipper. Per request.

I just activated the phone this morning. While I’m setting it up for my daughter I notice that it has cut off twice on its own. The battery was on 20% . Otherwise the phone is in good condition but this may be an issue.
