Phone was shipped promptly the day after ordering and received promptly. Upon opening, thumb button was slightly dislodged, but it easily pressed right back into place. I assume this was to some shuffling during transport: the shipment box had an additional padded envelope to protect the phone from damage, but it could've probably used a bit of extra stuffing to protect from movement. Not a big deal either way, and condition was overall a bit better than I was expecting from the photos and listed condition. No marks or scratches on the screen whatsoever (and none were called out in the specific listing). Everything works correctly, and I'm super happy with the overall transaction. Thanks so much!
