The phone does not hold a charge despite charging it with a brick and cable that I use to charge my other devices (I received it with about 30 percent charge and set up the phone with that charge but then could not turn it on even though I had the phone plugged into the wall for over an hour). There is also a Screen burn-in/ghost image of the home page permanently on the screen when it was turned on. Although the actual physical condition of the phone was very good, the actual usability of the phone is impossible. Also, the sale itself was a good experience despite Swappa staff giving me some wrong advice about the payment. Sellworld corrected my issues by accepting a return and paying for return shipping.
