Device came defective; back camera had purple anamolies in the back camera and when making calls, the phone screen would become unresponsive and the calls would drop. Hard reset was needed every time to get the screen responsive again. Some screen issues such as apps floating in different areas. A couple days was needed for a response from the seller, which wasn't ideal. Staying neutral just as the return process was easy and full refund AND paid return shipping was offered without issue.
