I have never used this website but have heard great things. Hesitantly purchased a phone for my son after emailing Swappa about the specific phone I was purchasing. Received phone which appeared to be in good condition. Tried to activate it. After multiple phone calls with T-Mobile and a trip to the store, I was eventually told it was locked and unusable. I was refunded minus return shipping because I don't have paypal and the seller apparently won't refund using a different method. First Swappa experience and probably the last.

The only problem that I had occurred during data transfer. I had to manually port everything from my Samsung A32 to the Google Pixel 8 Pro. I don't think that it was a problem with the Pixel, but it was really frustrating. I think the seller did a great job.
