Phone was shipped to the wrong address at no fault of my own and seller refused to reimburse after multiple Swappa Staff told them too. It took 4 weeks for seller to reimburse only after they received their phone back at their convenience. I had no rights to when and how I would get reimbursed, if at all. If the phone never got back to them I would have never got my money back without a PayPal dispute.
