Item arrived in good condition, very well packed. Shipping was prompt. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet but everything looks good. I don't remember if it was supposed to come with a charging cable but it didn't. Not a big deal.

Ordered phone with wrong carrier by accident. I was positive I filtered T-Mobile. Regardless of the postings’ rules I wish the vendor would have offered a swap even with a penalty like a restocking fee. Won’t use vendor again due to the lack of not making it right with customer.

All went well as usual. Have used this seller multiple times before.
