The original sale went great. Product came in the physical condition it was advertised with. However, I'm now down to a neutral experience because not even 9 months later, the battery life of the phone is awful. It only lasts half a day before needing a recharge and this is without using anything excessive past standard texting and email and some social media usage. No other phone I've had has had such a short battery life with this amount of use. It's been very disappointing as I'm having to consider getting another phone again. Not sure if this was because of how the phone was used prior to being sold, but it is unfortunate.
