This is a reputable seller I have used before, but this phone had a defective battery that slipped through the cracks. It even fooled me, the user, for a week or two. True to their policy however, they immediately refunded my purchase upon return and paid for the return shipping. I have no complaints with the transaction and in fact, have now purchased an identical replacement from the same seller (thumbs up). Things happen.
