It was difficult to remove the sim card tray which was inconvenient but everything else was as described and at a reasonable price.

This was exactly how it was described. It even came in a decent amount of time considering where I live. This was a fast, efficient process with the phone being exactly as described, to the best of my ability to check. I went through Swappa's checklist. So, insofar as I have checked everything on the checklist properly (this is my first time doing this) everything is good. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
