Mostly good experience, except the phone I received didn't match the specs in the listing (lower storage and memory). When I let them know, they offered for me to return phone or to receive partial refund - i opted for partial refund given I had already transferred all my apps/data and updated new phone and could live with that model as is.

Overall, things went well. Wasn't a fan of the refund. It was the first time I have had a seller handle it that way, but whatever. Shipping / Packaging could have been better. Phone was wrapped in a padded envelope and the placed in another padded envelope. Would have like to had something a bit more sturdy, but the phone somehow arrived fine.
