The phone had a deep scratch the size of my fingernail underneath the screen protector it shipped with (I promptly took it off) and it was described as mint. Check the photos clearly when you buy from this seller. On the bright side, shipping was quick, but you really should ship in something other than 3 bubble wrapped priority shippers, such as a generic box or something similar.
