Been buying phones from this seller for a couple of years now and I've never had an issue.

The speaker in the bottom of the phone sounds a little crunchy. Other than that it works fine.

I’m sorry it took me so long to finalize. I wasn’t at home when it arrived. I had my son stick it in my nightstand drawer to hide it from my husband because it’s a gift for him. I just opened it today.

The phone does not work/will not turn on now due to software issues.
