Great seller - quick shipping, fair pricing, and phone in great condition.

Phone is in great shape, but shipping took around 2 weeks, shipping from NJ to IL to WI to CO to MA to WI again...probably the fault of the USPS

Item arrived on time in good shape. There turned out to be known screen problem that occurs intermittently. Google responded and it was handled through their warrantee process. thanks for the service.

Item received on 7/28/25, it was completely discharged, wouldn't turn on and we had to charge it before we could activate. After that though, it activated, we transferred everything from the old Pixel 4a, and all seems to be working well. Thank you!

I tried negotiating over the hours I spent finding a resolution so that I could keep the phone and have the back camera replaced, which was broken when I received it. I finally asked if they would split the cost of a used camera at $150 ($75 each) so that I wouldn't have to spend more time cleaning the phone, returning it and finding a new one at a comparable price. I've never heard back. Probably what Sellerworld did was legal, but it was unprofessional and unethical. I will ensure that people on my network know not to do business with them, since they are certainly untrustworthy.
