Selling an item mint with massive dents. Mother’s Day gift will now be late because of their incompetence. After item was returned and I was refunded, I wanted clear pictures of another ipad and they refused to provide them. They sell lesser condition products as MINT when they plainly are not.

Although the phone could not activate with my carrier as listed, the seller was very responsive. Seller communicated in a timely manner and processed a refund quickly. Based on the customer service I experienced, I would try them again.
