The phone appears to be in excellent condition and blemish free. battery is showing 93%. Its came within the allotted delivery time but I kept it back until today as its a present for my wife so only use will tell if its working properly. So far so good!

Phone was in better shape than expected. Shipping super fast. A little trouble on activation, Verizon insisted this was a pre-paid phone. But in the end, it worked out.

Device had phantom touch input out of the box. I waited hoping it would be an artifact of shipping and having been turned off for an extended period. These has not only persisted, but worsened. The error is intermittent but frequent and my hesitation to pick up the device (because I don't know if it will actually function properly) renders it unusable
