The phone was previously tied to T-Mobile. Even though it was unlocked I had to take it to a Verizon Company store to get it added to their network as the eSim kept asking for T-Mobile QR Code. The Verizon folks took over an hour trying to get it on their network and this was using several physical sim cards. Overall we got it ported over. This was my third purchase with this seller and very happy so far.
