Device had phantom touch input out of the box. I waited hoping it would be an artifact of shipping and having been turned off for an extended period. These has not only persisted, but worsened. The error is intermittent but frequent and my hesitation to pick up the device (because I don't know if it will actually function properly) renders it unusable

I really liked the process of swappa as a first time user. I was not for sure at first but Sellworld was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered device on 6/29/20 and got it on 7/3/20. Very quick delivery. I would just suggest to let customers know that it had been shipped. I didn't know until I looked back at my sale email that it had been shipped and was expected to arrive on 7/6/20. I'm glad I did to get tracking number cause it arrived 3 days earlier. Besides that great service. Thanks and my phone works get so far.
