The phone is as good or better than described, including battery. Fast shipping and prompt notifications. Would purchase again.

Phone worked fine but was unable to read both a physical SIM card or an ESIM but fortunately I was able to trade it in for a newer phone.

Original phone had a defect. Seller was quick to respond and send out a new phone after confirming the defect in the old one. Would buy from again.

Unfortunately, this seller made a few mistakes that aren't usually a big deal to me but this time it really set me back when I needed it. The seller did not offer to insure the return package or offer a label, the phone arrived completely 0% dead battery, and the phone was locked to a carrier. This seller had excellent communication and apologized for the mistake.
