Phone looks and works great and is definitely in mint condition. I've been pricing a Note 10 plus for two weeks, and this was the best deal out there. This phone, in this condition still runs about $100-$200 more on other websites (Gazelle, Amazon). My only issue is that is doesn't ship in a box. It came wrapped in two priority mail envelopes, stuffed into a bigger priority mail envelope :-( Phone didn't seem to sustain any damage from this way of shipping, but it just looks tacky/shady point blank. Other than that, I'd recommend this seller, and I love my phone!
