I just generally do not rate purchases negative in hopes that things can be made better but I would have based on the fact that this is my first Swappa experience. The phone I received seems to work completely and well and be in quite good shape however it is not the color stated in the listing (phone is gold listing says silver. It's difficult to say for sure what color the phone in the listing pictures is but my mind interpreted it as silver since that was the stated color). This phone has a different IMEI than that stated by the seller under "Product/Listing". I checked and it seems to be clean and not black listed but I do not like receiving things other than what I purchased or that I may have a problem with later. My son convinced me to try Swappa after he had bad experiences on ebay. I have had only a single negative experience buying phones (more than 30 of them) on ebay and this is my first purchase on Swappa and already issues.

Great device and great seller

Good seller, however the phone stops charging because of a "temperature too low" error, will sometimes stop reading my SIM card for minutes at a time, and the battery charge will bottom out from around 40% to 1% in a few minutes for no clear reason.
