No communication of any sort. Maybe the people died and the whole thing is run by robots.

Headphone jack does not work and it was not mentioned in the description when purchasing. While it does not take away from the main features of the phone, I primarily chose the S9 plus to get the best features while not having to buy wireless headphones, but that is not an option now.

Item arrived just fine. However that the cable was sitting right on top of the screen in the bag, possibly scratching during shipment. Recommend sitting it one layer up with at least something between the two. This is my only real complaint.

Otherwise, I would've liked if the seller took a few more photos of the screen at an angle. Based on other listings I trusted this seller would highlight any scuffs clearly, but there were some that weren't readily visible on the listing that did exist on the device. I don't feel this was malicious however. This particular screen looked a little more unblemished in photos than it was.

Good price, prompt shipment, and just some advice for future sales I suppose.

Now works with VISIBLE sim card after the Moto G7 Power upgraded its operating system to Android 10...happy, happy, happy.
