The phone was marked as mint but what I received was a phone that looked like it was dropped in the mud and had visible scratches on the screen. I brought this to the attention of the seller and 100 percent we worked out a resolution but it doesn't help my situation that I'm now giving a phone as a present that is not mint. I only purchase phones on swappa a total of about 10 I always recommend to people to use swappa this has been my first neutral rating. I would probably use this seller again but have to ask a lot of questions about the phone before purchase
