Shipping was fast. Seller responded promptly to my question. Phone is great EXCEPT touch pad needs to be pressed firm for it to recognize it.. It's supposed to be mint condition and I'm not sure if the price is worth it for defect..

Although phone was not shipped in a box it was packed in 3 separate envelopes, one of which was padded, and arrived in good condition. Sim card loaded, personal data transferred over, and phone appears to work just fine so far.
