had a little scare at first as phone would randomly reboot while trying to go through the set up steps. eventually got through, applied the offered Android 11 update, and got all my apps instyalled. has been solid for 2 days. phone was in excellent condition. thanks.

The phone works, but the seller grossly misrepresented the condition of the phone in the photos and description. Images made phone look like it was in excellent shape, but there are scratches that are deep enough they distort the image when the screen is on. The back of the phone looks like someone took sandpaper to it. None of the damage was able to be seen in the images either.

Ultimately I regret this purchase because there are dozens of other LG G8's available, and I feel like I was swindled.
