The seller was great but the USPS shipping was lousy! Not the fault of the seller but what should have taken 5 days to get took 17 days and the phone was at the Springfield MA distribution center for 10 of those days. I finally got the phone and it works perfect and is in great condition. I love Swappa but wish that sellers would offer other shipping options for the purchase. I would have gladly paid for UPS or FedEx shipping if it were offered.
