The seller allowed me to return the phone with no cost to me, after I was not able to get the phone set up on my Sprint network. Refund come through in a timely manner. I would purchase another phone again from this seller.

Shipped next day. Phone was packaged in three padded shipping envelopes, each wrapped tightly and stuffed in the next. A bit disconcerting to see at first glance, but it protected the phone well enough there was no damage.
