Shipped securely and the phone was as described.
Set the phone up for a family member recently and the lower speaker is completely broken. Distorted and garbled sound at best. Would not buy again.
Other than USPS being delayed, no issues at all. Great seller.

received item but my service provider says it may be faulty phone because it wont connect to my network. will be trying to get a refund or replacement
