Although the listing did say for "condition" both great & good. And,.. being my first time at Swappa. I shoulda read the listing more thoroughly ( cuz I wasn't interested in buying a PH. in only Good condition)
But, in Swappa & the sellers defence,.. they helped me to quickly cancel my order & then right away after that I was able to find & order the same PH. in "Mint" condition. So eventhough I didn't like being charged 3% canceling fee. I was still very pleased w/ my experience shopping at Swappa. Thank You Joe Vena

Exchange was simple and easy.

I am very pleased with the phone and how the seller handled the transaction. The condition is mint as described. Not one mark could be found. Because I use Straight Talk as my wireless provider, the phone has to be verified on their website as usable with their system. The seller graciously handled the verification and responded promptly. I would highly recommend this seller.

apologies for the late closure. the phone arrived on time and in exact condition that was reported. I did not receive reminders to close the sale via email though.. which I thought was supposed to happen. anyway, very pleased!
