Great phone, overall positive experience. One little hiccup in that they accidentally sent me the wrong phone (though it was identical) so the IMEI was off when I tried to claim warranty. Everything was resolved however so no real issues there. Would buy from them again.

The phone is in great condition. However, for some reason the sim tray that was in the phone was bent pretty badly. I just replaced it with my old tray.

Arrived in good condition and with a working charger. Low charge, hadn't undergone a factory reset yet, but that was easy to correct.
