I've received the item ???? I had to wait a day then the day after usps was under maintenance then today I had issues logging in to file a claim it was the worst

The cell phone is in extremely bad condition, it is not even the one shown in the pictures! The photos are misleading, they are taken with dark backgrounds so you can see practically nothing of the scratches, it looks like my cell phone was passed a steel brush through the screen, the worst purchase I've made in Swappa and that I have made 24 purchases here.

They sent me a phone that was not the one in the photo, in a state that is not even acceptable, very bad service.
