I had an issue where the screen burn in on the phone was noticeably worse than I thought, however once I contacted Sellworld (the vendor), they took care of it and let me go through with an exchange, as well as free postage. The vendor was professional, kind, and helpful, they deserve their high ratings. Experience was a 10/10.

The phone I received was is in perfect working condition.. physical, screen, and battery life. I was impressed by the packaging and seller response time. But the phone was supposed to be unlocked and it wasn't.. I had issues with my sim card and the phone turned out to be Locked. I contacted Swappa and the seller and the problem was resolved with a full refund. I would definitely and am currently looking for a phone strictly form SellWorld. I greatly appreciate their cooperation with this issue. I most definitely recommend them as a business to purchase a phone from.

Here fast and works well

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with this experience. I noticed another reviewer had the exact same issue I did, the item arrived with unspecified defects. I ordered a Mint condition device and it arrived with scratches. They offered to refund, but I would have had to go through the hassle of returning it and be without a device for another week. I have to say I probably would not subject myself to this in the future. I put a glass screen protector on and it seemed to make the scratches disappear, but I'm still extremely disappointed. I overpaid for a Mint device that wasn't Mint.

The device condition is very good and well packaged and shipped very fast.
