While the first device I received was met with instant issues, the replacement works fine. Its a different color than the originally purchased phone but it works. Replacement process was simply on my part and I have no complaints about the service.

Phone crashes when selfie cam is used. I didn't see this mentioned in the listing. I cannot video chat with anyone, making the phone largely useless for me. Would like to return or exchange it.
