Very pleased with my purchase, quality was a bit more than I expected. Shipping was prompt, even from across the country, as I'm in California. Would definitely order again.

However, after sizable research, troubleshooting and experimentation, I concluded that this device does not fit the criteria for my intended utility. After speaking with LG technicians and browsing LG forums, there seems to be a pretty heavy consensus around the fact that the LG V30 was not designed with HDMI-output functionality in mind, and no software/hardware configuration or extensive tinkering changes its mind.

Due to this, I am kindly requesting a return for the LG V30. I'd like to exchange it for a Samsung device that I've picked out in your guys' store. Please get back to me when you check this so we may get everything underway. I appreciate it and look forward to our interaction. Thank you very much.
