Everything good, very happy with the seller and the phone.

This was by far my worst Swappa experience:

1. They sent me a phone that was falsely advertised as "Good" by Swappa's standards. The listing photos did not show the significant screen and body scratches.
2. Despite the above, they weren't going to provide a refund including shipping until Swappa stepped in and told them they had to. They agreed to refund $8.45 because that's USPS's rate from my zip to theirs.
3. When I was unable to get it shipped via USPS due to two local branches being closed, I paid an additional ~$3 to ship it via UPS. I didn't ask for any extra money and they got the phone back in the same condition in which it was shipped to me.
4. They said they would withhold the $8.45 shipping refund because "we do not know how much you paid to ship this back to us and if the $8.45 is over what you had paid" as if it matters. I only got the refund because Swappa stepped in, again.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

Phone was exactly as described, was packed securely, and shipped out promptly.
