Sellworld

I bought This phone for my 83 year old mom whose fingers are very arthritic hoping we could make it work. Unfortunately, the service we have (T-Mobile) are rendering the iPhone 8 and older useless by the end of the year, so we did not get her set up. Any chance I can return it? Thank You, We live on an island so we had to wait to receive customer service for her needs.

The phone I received had an issue but the seller was quick to take care of the issue. Would do business with them again.

Good communication and good stuff

Phone was in very good condition. Phone arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up.

Phone worked wonderfully, the only issue was the screen not turning on which is a manufacturing issue on samsungs side, so if thats your problem, its not the sellers fault most likely. Used for 2 years and now upgrading to a pixel. If you want a nicer but cheap phone, this is the one true option.

Great communication, top quality phone and had an issue 6 months after purchase which Sellworld fixed quickly and professionally. Would 100% buy from Sellworld again.
